Thurs Thumb Twiddler
1. Christmas cards -- how many do you send out? Is there an obligation to reciprocate if you receive one? How do you display the ones you receive, assuming you display them at all? Last year I did about 40-50 but I narrowed the list down to 35 this year. Stamps get expensive ;) If I get a card from someone I didn't send one myself to I will reciprocate to them. I display the cards differently each year (depending on my apartment). This year they are taped to the back of the front door, along with some snowflakes we made.
2. If money were no object, would you hire a personal shopper to do your Christmas shopping for you? Doubtful. I like the whole picking out gifts for people. The problem is the malls, cos I can't stand the crowds. But otherwise I enjoy finding the "perfect" gifts for people.
3. As a late night talk show host, you need to book a guest for your December 23rd show who is highly relevant to the Christmas season. Whom would you choose? (The person does not have to be famous.) I'd pick one of those Salvation Army Santas to talk about what it's like doing that job.
