a small victory- people are asked to answer the questions "Where were you when it happened? How did you react? What was the rest of your day spent doing? What is your most vivid memory of that day? Of the days that followed?" I couldn't help but to read all of the entries. (box of tissues on standby)

My condolences go out to the friends and families who had lost loved ones. They will always be remembered.
To those who are putting their lives on the line to rid the world of terror, I salute you.

I refuse to submit to the media madness that is occuring today. Remembrance is good. But the media tends to make a mockery of it. In honor of those who were killed, those who have (and are) fought back, I have lit a candle in memory. It will burn for all of today (or as long as it lasts).
